Community Outreach
Enriching Lives One Event at a Time
As a company, we try to enrich the lives of not only our clients and employees, but also our community. As a locally owned and operated small business, we stick to our roots and do our part to support those who are less fortunate.
For years, we’ve participated in worthy causes for local nonprofits like Connecting for Children and Families and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rhode Island. We make it a point to promote giving back to the community and encourage our team to participate in any charitable events they are passionate about.
When a client signs with us, they aren’t just getting another vendor; they’re getting a new partner. At the end of the day, we love being able to help other organizations grow and carry out their missions.
Over the years we’ve been fortunate enough to form strong relationships both within the community and with other organizations.
Bowl For Kids Sake
We participated in another “Bowl for Kids’ Sake” fundraising event! Just like last year, we had a blast and we love having spare time to bowl for a great cause! Like the description says, it was “the most fun you’ll have in rented shoes!” We’re glad we had some spare time to bowl for such a great cause and organization.
As a team, we raised over $500 and overall more than $65,000 was raised! All of these donations will stay in Rhode Island and help Big Brothers Big Sisters fulfill their mission to provide excellent mentors for their programs for children in Rhode Island!
Annual Make Tracks for Kids 5K Run/Walk
We participated in Connecting for Children and Families’ 9th Annual “Make Track for Kids 5K.” As a team we raised over $500 and overall the event raised almost $30,000 in donations! These funds will contribute to creating a superhero effort to transform the lives of children in Woonsocket!
We’re always excited to be able to join the 5k and run for a great cause!
Connecting for Children and Families’ “Vision of Hope Dinner”
We attended Connecting for Children & Families’ Vision of Hope dinner honoring Amica Mutual Insurance Company. Amica received CCF’s “Community Champion Award” honoring their longtime partnership with CCF. Additionally, CCF honored Dr. Patrick McGee, Superintendent of the Woonsocket Education Department. Dr. McGee received the “Outstanding Community Leader Award” in recognition of his work to strengthen families in our community.
Extra Life: Play Games. Heal Kids.
Every year, some of the staff create a team to raise money and participate in Extra Life! Extra Life is a 24-hour gaming marathon where all donations support Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
Extra Life unites thousands of gamers around the world to play games in support of their local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised over $50 million USD for sick and injured kids.
