The Aukey Smart Plug has a downloadable app for your phone. From the app, you can program each individual outlet, set timers, and control connected electronics. Setting up the Aukey Smart Plug is simple. Download the Aukey Home app, enter your phone number, and input a verification code to start set up. Once the power button on the plug blinks blue, enter your wi-fi password and start plugging items into the smart plug!
You can also manage device sharing with family members, and set up Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT integrations. That’s right, you can use Alexa and Google for hands-free voice control of devices plugged in to the Aukey Smart Plug. Unfortunately, the Aukey Smart Plug is not compatible with the Apple HomeKit or Apple devices.
